BlueSpine is working on the refurbishment of the car park at the Carrefour shopping centre in Meylan, Isère, using an impressed current cathodic protection system. The car park is notable for its reinforced and prestressed concrete column-and-beam structure.

The structure: Reinforced and prestressed concrete frame structure with columns, beams, and slabs across three levels (ground floor, R+1, and R+2), including four precast concrete access ramps.
- Scope of work: Design and sizing of cathodic protection | Manufacturing and supply of equipment | Construction supervision | Performance monitoring
- Project stakeholders:
- Client: AFUL CC Carrefour Meylan
- Project manager: CIT Ingénierie
- Technical design office: BOST Ingénierie
- Contractor: Étandex
Our intervention:
BlueSpine was commissioned for a full project covering the implementation of an impressed current cathodic protection system on the Meylan parking structure.
Starting with the recommendation of the most suitable treatment system, BlueSpine carried out the design and sizing of the installation. We then supplied all the equipment required for system implementation:
Q-Box developed by BlueSpine: installation control throughout the construction phase, ensuring complete site security.
BSCP-100 controller developed by BlueSpine:
🔹 Automated and remote monitoring of the installation
🔹 Intelligent current regulation
🔹 Automatic generation of compliance reports for long-term monitoring
MMO titanium anode system: ensuring efficient current distribution and a service life exceeding 50 years.
Integrated sensors: real-time measurement of corrosion potential, temperature, and humidity, enabling continuous performance assessment of the protection system.
